Acceptable Use Policy

Content you may not upload or generate, how to report a violation, and how we enforce these rules

Who this covers

This policy applies to the AI video generator on this site. You upload two photos and we generate a short film with sound. It also applies to anything you type into the optional memory-place field, and to any clip you download.

The video model is Alibaba Cloud Model Studio, Wan 3.0 (wan3.0-video).

Prohibited content

Do not upload, describe, or try to generate any of the following.

  1. Sexual content and NSFW. Pornography, nudity meant to be sexual, sexual fetish content, or any other sexually explicit image or video.
  2. Violence and gore. Graphic injury, torture, dismemberment, or other gore. A story can be tense or sad. It cannot be a graphic depiction of harm.
  3. Hate. Content that attacks or dehumanizes someone because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar traits.
  4. Minors. Any sexual, exploitative, or otherwise unsafe content involving anyone under 18, including photos of children. Upload adult photos only, and only with permission from the people in them.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation. A clip that presents a real person as doing or saying something they did not do, or that is meant to harass, defraud, or pass itself off as real footage of that person. You need permission from each person whose photo you upload.
  6. Copyright and trademarks. Photos, characters, logos, or other material you do not have the right to use.

Trying to bypass a refusal, overload the generator, or hide prohibited content inside an otherwise ordinary request is also prohibited.

How we moderate

Generation is not published to a public gallery. A clip is returned to the account that requested it, as a temporary download link.

Before a video is returned, the request is checked by Alibaba Cloud Model Studio’s safety filters for Wan 3.0. A request that matches a prohibited category is refused. That refusal does not create a video, and the credits for that failed job are returned.

We do not have a person watch every upload before it is sent. We do review reports, and we review accounts that repeatedly hit safety refusals or that otherwise look abusive. If a clip was already delivered, we can remove our copy and disable the download link when we still control it.

If you break these rules

Depending on the content and whether it has happened before, we may:

  • refuse the generation
  • delete the video or the uploaded photos from our side
  • set the account’s remaining credits to zero
  • suspend or close the account

Child sexual content and other content we are legally required to report may be passed to the relevant authority. We do not refund purchases that were spent on prohibited content.

How to report

Email support@bo1browser.site with the page address, the time of the generation if you know it, and a short description of what is wrong. Do not attach illegal files. We read reports and reply to the sender when a reply is possible.

If you are the person in a photo and you did not agree to that upload, say so in the email. We will remove what we still hold and block further use of that material on this site.
